1. This was an action for slander'brought by appellee against appellant on a complaint in three paragraphs. The errors assigned here seek to present the following, (1) the ruling of the court on the demurrers to the several paragraphs of complaint, (2) the ruling of the court on appellant’s motion for judgment on answers to the special interrogatories, (3) overruling appellant’s motion for a hew trial.
