Defendants Kelvin Minott, George Fuller, and Jonathan Baker 1 appeal from their convictions after jury trial in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Hurd, /.). They were convicted of conspiracy to possess crack cocaine with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846. The appellants contend that the evidence was legally insufficient to support their convictions relying on the so-called “buyer-seller” exception.
