Pending before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment, submitted by Defendant, the Caddo Parish Commission, whereby Defendant seeks dismissal of all claims asserted by Plaintiff, Shreveport Chapter # 237 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. [Doc. No. 88].
