LANSING, Judge.

Thomas E. Schaffer challenges a district court order denying his motion to suppress evidence. Because we conclude that the suppression motion should have been granted, we reverse.

BACKGROUND

Agent Lusk of the Idaho Department of Law Enforcement was told by an informant that three men were manufacturing methamphetamine in Nampa. One of the men named by the informant was subsequently arrested in Owyhee County in connection with the discovery of a methamphetamine lab.
