This is an action under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400, et seq.; § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, 20 U.S.C. § 794; the Americans With Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12132 (“ADA”); and the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, actionable under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
