OPINION

CLAYTON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment in the District Court of El Paso County, Texas in a Workmen’s Compensation case.

Plaintiff, appellee here, filed suit in an appeal from the award of the Industrial Accident Board. She testified that she *631had entered into a common-law marriage which ended with the death of her husband in 1958. She related she had worked for Safeway food stores continuously from 1953 through January of 1961.
