*125This is a Workmen’s Compensation case. The Court of Civil Appeals affirmed the judgment of the trial court in favor of defendant in error, the employee, against plaintiff in error, the insurer, for compensation payable in installments of $10.50 per week for a period of 297 weeks, on account of injury suffered by plaintiff in error in the course of his employment. 116 S. W. (2d) 417.
