On April 29,1911, appellants Koppen sold certain lands to the Washington Orchard Irrigation and Fruit Company, which had theretofore acquired all the capital stock of an original corporation known as the Columbia River Orchard Company. Both corporations were organized by the same men. They were conceived and conducted in fraud.
