The United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO (“Union”) filed unfair labor practice charges with the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) against Defendant Arlington Metals Corporation (“AMC”).
