MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MacLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on defendant’s appeal from the September 13, 1984 order of the bankruptcy court granting plaintiffs motion for summary judgment. The Order of the bankruptcy court is affirmed.
FACTS
The plaintiff in this ease is a debtor in bankruptcy, Edward C. Pirsig Farms, Inc. Debtor is a family farming operation doing business in corporate form.
