This is an adversary proceeding for equitable and declaratory relief. Defendants moved to dismiss it under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7012, on the ground that Plaintiff Mark C. Halverson, as trustee of Debtor’s bankruptcy estate, lacked standing to request and obtain any of the relief which he had requested, and that this Court lacked jurisdiction over any of the other Plaintiffs’ requests for relief.
