After considering Conseco Finance Servicing Corporation’s (Conseco’s) 1 unfair competition and tortious interference claims against North American Mortgage Company (North American), a jury returned a verdict against North American on each of the claims and awarded Conse-co $3.5 million in actual damages and $18 million in punitive damages.
