Plaintiff filed the present suit against his former employer, European American Bank and Trust and European American Bank Corporation, collectively known as “EAB,” 1 alleging that EAB, by discharging him, had violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, that EAB, by withholding from him some $4,800 of EAB contributions to his EAB Incentive Savings Plan (“ISp”) account> had violated certain procedural requirements of the Employment Retirement Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), and that EAB, both by discharging him and…
