MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HAIGHT, District Judge.
This is an action arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., involving the defendants’ alleged failure to comply with their fiduciary and statutory obligations to provide plaintiff with information regarding certain pension and profit sharing plans and to release to her the accrued benefits under those plans.
