JOHNSON, District Judge.

This is an action by the Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor, suing to enjoin the defendants from violating the provisions of §§ 15(a) (2) and 15(a) (5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and to enjoin and restrain the defendants from withholding the payment of minimum wages and overtime compensation in the total amount of $7,668.44 to certain enumerated employees.
