OPINION

KENNETH R. CARR, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of sexual assault, enhanced. Appellant pleaded guilty to the court, and the court assessed punishment at twenty-five years’ imprisonment. We affirm.

I. SUMMARY OF THE TRIAL COURT PROCEEDINGS

Appellant was charged in Count I of the indictment with the second-degree offense of sexual assault. The indictment contained an enhancement provision alleging a prior conviction for sexual assault.
