HOOTEN, Judge.

This appeal concerns the interpretation of a residential-property purchase agreement. Appellants challenge the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of respondents. Appellants argue that there are genuine issues of material fact regarding respondents’ efforts to obtain financing and that the district court incorrectly interpreted the purchase-agreement cancellation provisions.
