2Per curiam

Eugene Sulkosky appeals from the superi- or court’s affirmance of the Workers’ Compensation Board’s order modifying Ms status from that of permanent total disability to permanent partial disability and denying his request for attorney’s fees. On the basis of our review of the record, we conclude that the Superior Court’s affirmance of the Board’s decision should be affirmed. In reaching this conclusion we are in agreement with, and adopt, the opinion entered in tMs case by Thomas M. Jahnke, Superior Court Judge.
