MONTEMURO, Senior Judge:

This appeal arises from an order of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas which denied Appellants’ request for a preliminary injunction. Appellants filed a complaint in equity seeking: (1) a declaratory judgment, (2) a preliminary injunction and a permanent injunction, (3) an accounting, (4) the appointment of a custodian for the partnership, and (5) damages based on breach of contract, tortious interference with the partnership’s business relations and tortious interference with the limited partners’ interests.
