¶ 1 This case involves the consolidated appeals and cross appeals of two feuding factions on the board of directors of Altec Lansing Technologies, Inc. Each party appeals an order for preliminary injunction entered on December 13, 1999, which purportedly returned the status quo of the corporation as it existed prior to the alleg edly wrongful conduct of each party.
