McLoughlin v. McLoughlin
Wyoming Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
HILL, Justice.
This appeal challenges the district court’s division of marital property between Maurice MeLoughlin (Husband) and Loula McLough-lin (Wife). Husband contends that the division of the real property owned by the parties was based on an excessive appraisal of that property, as well as an improper consideration of its future value. In addition, Husband asserts that, assuming for purposes of argument that the appraisal was accurate, the tri.al court did not allow Husband ade quate time to pay Wife for her share of the property.
We affirm.
