Cándida Usera Santiago, represented by her husband, sued Alejandro González Rodríguez, Angel Arce, J. M. Morales and The Porto Rican and American Insurance Co. in the former district court for injuries sustained by the plaintiff *456when struck by an automobile driven by González. After a trial on the merits, the lower court entered judgment in favor of the plaintiff for $1,500, costs and attorney’s fees of $300.
