Introduction
Before me,1 in this matter wherein Maria Ornelas, Victory Vergara, Rito Cruz, and Jesus Martinez assert that Los Arrie-ros, Chen Los Arrieros Inc., Xiu Yan Dong, and Yong Xiu Chen violated several federal and state provisions2 during their *965employment of the Plaintiffs, are cross-motions for full summary judgment.3 The court has jurisdiction over federal claims under 28 U.S.C. § 1331, with supplemental jurisdiction over related state law claims under 28 U.S.C. § 1367.
