MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER STRIKING AMENDMENT TO DEBTOR’S SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY CLAIMED AS EXEMPT

This Chapter 11 case was converted to Chapter 7 in November 1994 after several unsuccessful attempts by the debtor to reorganize. This opinion considers whether the debtor should now be allowed to amend his schedules to claim property as exempt which he previously scheduled as non-exempt and included as part of his proposed plans.
