CORRECTED OPINION SUSTAINING THE TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO THE DEBTORS’ AMENDED CLAIM OF EXEMPTIONS

This matter is before the Court on the Trustee’s objection to the Debtors’ amended claim of exemptions of the proceeds of a personal injury lawsuit. The Court will sustain the Trustee’s objection because (1) the Court has previously entered a final order determining that the Debtors are not entitled to exempt their interest in the personal injury lawsuit from the bankruptcy estate and such decision bars them from relitigating this issue;- and (2) the doctrine of…
