MEMORANDUM DECISION
PETER H. CARROLL, Bankruptcy Judge.
Debtors, Tony Buddy Rolland and Pamela Diane Rolland amended Schedule C to increase their homestead exemption from $75,000 to $125,000 on the eve of a sale of their residence by the trustee. Steven M. Speier, Chapter 7 Trustee (“Speier”) filed an objection to the Debtors’ amendment asserting that the Debtors did not qualify for the increased homestead exemption.
