DALTON, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order granting a new trial to respondent on the ground of error in the giving of an instruction requested by appellant.

Appellant, St. Louis Housing Authority, a municipal corporation, instituted this action against respondent and others to acquire by condemnation proceedings particularly described property in the city of St. Louis for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a low rent housing project.
