¶ 1 In this personal injury action arising out of a one-vehicle rollover accident, plaintiff/appellant Carol Larsen appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in her favor finding damages in the total amount of $6,050,000, but determining that defendants/appellees (collectively referred to as “Nissan”) were only eight percent at fault. The primary issues on appeal are whether this court correctly interpreted A.R.S. § 12-2506 in Zuern v.
