MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
DEARIE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. For the reasons stated below, the motion is granted in part and denied in part. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff, an Indian woman, was employed as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Social Science at Medgar Evers College (the “College”) from 1973 through the spring semester of 1978.
