Statement of the Case
On March 6, 1980, Joseph Frank Grosso (hereinafter, the Debtor) filed a Chapter 7 petition in bankruptcy. Pursuant to Rules 701(7) and 409(a)(2) of Bankruptcy Procedure, 11 U.S.C., Truax & Hovey, Limited (hereinafter, the Plaintiff) timely commenced an adversary proceeding on May 19, 1980.
