Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages alleged to have resulted from a collision between his automobile and defendant’s streetcar by reason of defendant’s negligent operation of such streetcar.
The petition set out two causes of action, one for $5,250 for personal injuries sustained and doctor’s bills incurred; the second for cost of repair and permanent damage to plaintiff’s ear amounting to $505.27.
