The plaintiff recovered a verdict against the defendant for injury to its fire truck caused by the parking of an automobile, by one of the defendant’s servants, on an improved public highway in violation of Section 10 of the Act of April 27, 1925. The plaintiff’s evidence showed that the automobile was on the west side of the road; that it was directed northwardly; and that it was wholly on the asphalt pavement which was about 14 feet wide, with a broken stone shoulder on either side of about one foot in width.
