This matter comes before the Court upon Tommie Millicent Brown's ("Debtor") Objection to Claim ("Claim Objection") of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Certificate Trustee on behalf of Bosco Credit II Trust Series 2010-1 ("Creditor") filed on May 29, 2019. Creditor filed a response to the Objection on June 28, 2019 and a hearing was held on the matter. The Court has jurisdiction of this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334, and this is a core matter under 28 U.S.C. § 157. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
