This is a workmen’s compensation case. It is an appeal by the employer, Bendix Corporation, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, affirming the final award of the Industrial Commission in favor of the employee, Dolly B. Jones, in the amount of $2,550.00, plus six per cent interest on any past due compensation from August 1, 1965.
