This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment filed in this action by Defendant, Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHMFC”). RIHMFC moves for summary judgment on all nine counts contained in the Complaint filed by Plaintiffs, New England Multi-Unit Housing Laundry Association (“NEMLA”); Automatic Laundry Services Co., Inc. (“Automatic”); Lundermac Co., Inc. (“Lundermac”); and Mac-Gray Co., Inc. (“Mac-Gray”). Counts I, II, III and IV of the Complaint aver claims for tortious interference with existing contracts.…
