Reversing.

In a suit brought for personal injuries received, appellee recovered a judgment against the appellant in the sum of $200. From that judgment this appeal is prayed.

Many grounds are urged for reversal, tbe first of which is that appellant’s demurrer to the appellee’s petition should have been sustained. Appellee’s theory of . her ease was that while in tbe discharge of her duties as a servant or employee of tbe appellant, tbe latter bad failed to furnish her a reasonably safe place in which to work, by reason of which she was injured.
