HARVEY, District Judge:
In this contract action, certain employers are seeking to recover sums allegedly due from an employee under a written agreement between the parties. Harvey Geller, the defendant, was employed by the three corporate plaintiffs as their Sales Director pursuant to a written contract dated January 1, 1964. As compensation, Geller was to receive commissions on sales made under his supervision of ground burial spaces, bronze memorials, cremation niches, underground crypts and the like.
