Affirming.

The appellant, hereafter called the Telephone Company, is now and has been operating a telephone system in the city of Paris, and the appellee, hereafter called the Light Company, is now and has been operat*764ing an electric, light plant in the same city. This suit was brought by the Telephone Company against the Light Company, asking a mandatory injunction requiring the Light Company to remove its wires and other attachments from the poles of the Telephone Company upon all of the streets in the city of Paris except Main street.
