MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Pursuant to Rule 8006 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, before the Court is appellant Federal National Mortgage Association’s (“Fannie Mae’s”) appeal from the bankruptcy court’s order docketed January 17, 1992 denying its Motions for Relief from Automatic Stay and to Prohibit Use of Cash Collateral, and the bankruptcy court’s order docketed February 4, 1992, denying Fannie Mae’s Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment.
