Debtor-appellant Leslie G. Boomgarden appeals from the district court’s decision affirming the bankruptcy court’s order, which lifted the automatic stay as to the creditor, Five Avco Financial Services, Inc. (Avco).
Procedural History:
Leslie Boomgarden and his wife Barbara own the beneficial interest in Land Trust 9471 of the First Bank of Oak Park. This land trust secures the Boomgardens’ principal residence at 1931 Dean Street in Des Plaines, Illinois.
