Plaintiff, the chapter 11 trustee of the above-captioned estate, (the “Trustee”) sought to sell certain real property (the “Property”) owned jointly by the estate and Crow Canyon Office Park Partners (“CCOPP”), a limited partnership, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(h). CCOPP opposed the sale.
