REASONS FOR DECISION
HENLEY A. HUNTER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court concerning the Disclosure Statement filed by the Debtors herein on May 18, 1992. This Disclosure Statement is styled the Third Amended Disclosure Statement. The matter was taken under advisement after a hearing on May 27, 1992. This is a Core Proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 157(b)(2)(L). Although the approval of a disclosure statement is not expressly designated as a core proceeding under the Code, it is an integral part of the plan confirmation process.
