On May 31, 1985, Barbara Jean H. Ray, Debtor, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On February 5, 1986, Barbara Jean H. Ray, Plaintiff, filed a “Complaint to Sell Free of Interests of Co-Owners” against Robert F. Ray, William M. Ray, Sheila R. Rosen-crantz, Thomas T. Irvin, Johnny M. Irvin, and Ray Farms, Inc., Defendants.
