MEMORANDUM OPINION
KATZ, District Judge.
Pending before this Court are cross-motions for summary judgment filed by Defendants, West Group Corporation, The Thompson Corporation, and West Licensing Corporation (“Defendants” or ‘West”), and Plaintiff Anthony DeGidio (“DeGidio”), who is proceeding pro se in the above-captioned matter. Jurisdiction in this Court is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1332, and 1338(a).
