¶1 Oregon Mutual Insurance Company appeals a trial court’s summary dismissal of its lawsuit against Hartford Fire Insurance Company, which asserted claims based on Hartford’s refusal to defend two underlying lawsuits. A lawsuit triggers an insurer’s duty to defend if the insurance policy between the insurer and insured *670conceivably covers the complaint’s allegations.1 Because no conceivable interpretation of the complaints in the lawsuits at issue here could have triggered Hartford’s obligations under its policy with the insured, we affirm.
