EDMONDS, J., pro tem.

Defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff for personal injuries sustained as the result of an explosion occurring in the building occupied by the defendant. At the time of the injury plaintiff, who was a minor, was standing outside the building. He testified that all he knew of the accident was that there was a great explosion.
