Appellants, suing in behalf of themselves and all other taxpayers similarly situated, filed this action in the circuit court of Cook County against The Suburban Cook County Tuberculosis Sanitarium District, (hereinafter called the district), and the county clerk and county treasurer of Cook County, to enjoin the extension and collection of the entire tax levied by the district for its fiscal year commencing July 1, 1948.
