In a representation proceeding, the National Labor Relations Board found that all janitors, building mechanics and garage attendants employed by the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company in its plant department at Billings, Montana, constituted an appropriate unit for collective bargaining within the meaning of the National'Labor Relations Act, 61 Stat. 136 (1947), as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 151-168.
