This case arises out of the initiation, investigation and prosecution of criminal charges brought against plaintiff Robert Bertuglia (“Bertuglia”), and his companies, plaintiffs Laro Maintenance Corporation and Laro Service Systems (collectively “Laro”), and the subsequent demise of Laro.
