This action comes before the court on the defendants’ motions to dismiss [Doc. Nos. 8 and 12]. The plaintiff, Wagan Clifton, Jr., alleges that he was denied accommodation for his disability (blindness) by the defendants while applying for jobs with the State of Georgia. His claims are brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq. (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 1988, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000e, et seq.
